Order Processing
Every order is shipped within 3 days of the order date. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email to your registered address and through WhatsApp. If you don't receive any communication within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We partner with reliable couriers including Bluedart, Amazon, DTDC, and Delhivery. They typically take 4–5 days to deliver your Plantoo Grow Kits and gardening supplies.

Packaging
Our Grow Kits are shipped in sturdy, eco-friendly corrugated boxes designed to keep all your gardening components — from organic seeds to nutrient-rich soil mixes — secure and safe during transit.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address and PIN code entered at checkout are accurate. Plantoo is not liable for delivery failures, delays, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Re-delivery or reshipment due to such errors may attract additional shipping charges.
